1. *Afrikan Sphere of Authority or Governance or Influence*: Speaks to all the realms of Afrikan thought, speech and actions, that are mobilized and synchronized and are organized in Spiritual, Social, Intellectual, Political and Economic without any deliberate foreign influence or advantage and access to foreigners or control. The Seat of an Afrikan Centered existence.

The Afrikan Sphere of Authority, Governance and Influence; basically, means Afrikan Sovereignty that is not dictated by Foreigners.

Sovereignty means Supreme or Divine Power. We Afrikans have independence and celebrate independence, but we lack Sovereignty or Divine Power.

Europeans control our Divine Power.

This makes us slaves despite being independent. In Lecture 18 part 3, I explained how and what Sovereignty is.
